Our soup is made with chicken. Chicken feet and fruits are boiled together for over 5 hours. Since we use the whole chicken, it contains lots of collagen and it makes the soup taste very mild.
Charshu (Roast Pork)
You can enjoy the softness and flavor of the meat. It goes perfectly with Ramen and rice.
We use this oil for our various ramens. The flavor of green onion is added to Chicken Oil (CHIYU) which is made from fresh locally grown chicken. This oil gives a mild taste to the ramen and with it you can enjoy the flavor of green onion at the same time.
Made from a whole grain with the husk of wheat called BakDan.
